Welcome to my Mr. Moderate website! I adopted the alter-ego of Mr. Moderate decades ago when I took a political test online and scored exactly 20 out of 40 for left/right orientation. At no time in the 21st century have I ever felt comfortable within either the Republican or Democratic political parties, but I have not worked within the Republican framework since Newt Gingrich started hunting heretics and casting them out of Republican politics.
